I love living at the Aventine. The Maintence crew are amazing and respond very quickly. The landscaping is very well kept and during the winter they are out salting and plowing around the clock. It's a very pet friendly community so if you love dogs you'll love the Aventine. I also love the new garbage pick up ammenity.

It's a great place to live. I feel very safe and I love the amenities the Aventine has available and how dog friendly the community is. The maintenance staff is amazing and alway addresses issues asap.
