The community is well Kept overall. Decent amenities such as a gym and indoor pool for those who care. In the past our service orders used to get done within a few days, but my last request took over 5 days (hire more people) before it got addressed and the leasing office didn't contact me to let me know about the delay, I had to walk over there to find out. This place is expensive: we have given noticed about moving out and frankly no one care despite the fact that I have paid more than $32K in rent; i guess its easy to find other renters. Despite my comment on maintenance and poor customer service, it is a nice place. I like living here. I do like the maintenance guys especially Jose cause he does a great job everytime he comes to our unit to fix something.
