Management has changed many times! That's not a good sign! Also those long time residents are leaving due to many problems and complaints that are not being taken care of. Very frustrating!! Calls are not being returned.

We took over the community on December 1st of 2016, so I cannot speak to the condition of the pool area or pool furniture last season. I want to assure you that we are committed to cleanliness and keeping your surroundings pleasant including parking. I appreciate your loyalty to the Aventine as your home and I welcome you to contact me as soon as it is convenient for you so I can understand and address your concerns. Since taking over about 65 days ago, we have been diligently working to complete the challenges that were left from the past and we are making headway! We have many significant upgrades coming soon and I am excited to tell you about them! Your review is very helpful to us and I thank you for posting it.
