As with any ownership change; it does take time for familiarization. With each passing day, our team is learning more and more about each building's mechanics, plumbing, electrical, etc. I can assure you that what you've experienced is only temporary and we're doing everything we can to make sure service requests are handled within 48 hours of being submitted.
