Dear Resident, Thank you for the time you spent reviewing our community. All feedback received is valued and we greatly appreciate it. As new owners of The Aventine, we also agree with adding value for our residents. With that said; we have several community improvement projects planned in 2017 that will help contribute to this. To name a few, we've already completed the tree trimming and LED upgrades. The clubhouse renovation is well under way and will add a state of the art fitness facility along with a redesigned business center and lounge areas. We're purchasing new pool furniture and creating new fire pit/grilling areas for our residents to enjoy. We'll be cleaning our patios/balconies and repainting all of the cedar wood on the property. We have numerous other projects, however, I'm sure you can see the direction we're all moving in. I thank you for your residency and please let me know if you ever need anything.
