Dear Resident, Thank you for taking time out to review our community. We're pleased to hear your enjoying your stay here. As I'm sure you've heard; we have several capital improvement projects lined up this year that will make our community even that much more desirable to reside at. Lease break fees are pretty much standard across the board when comparing management companies. We do understand your concern though. No one likes hefty fees to buy out a contract. It beats the alternative though (fulfilling the contract). Thanks again for filling out your review and your residency.
