I apologize that your experience with our staff has been less than par. We truly do care about our residents and want to do everything we can to make your living experience here an enjoyable one. We actually do have events planned, however, we're waiting for our clubhouse renovation to be completed. I'm sure you'll be impressed with our community involvement once we move back in from the trailer. I do understand your frustration on the water shut offs and we've since implemented a new procedure when events like this are necessary. All residents are receiving calls if we have to shut off the water no matter what time of day/night this occurs. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
