I moved in this apt 2 years ago. I am relatively happy but I have to say the one bedroom apartments are small for what you pay. This apt complex is decent I definitely feel safe here. I have very nice neighbors which is great.

I have been very happy in this community If I have an issue they are quick to take care of the problem and very professionally. I couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely recommend the Aventine of Oakhurst North to anyone asking for a great place to live

I have been here for 6 years and couldn't be happier with my home, the Management Company and their staff. I would highly recommend the Aventine to anyone asking. The grounds are kept up really nicely grass is cut and front door areas are cleaned once a week. Snow removal is done no matter the weather and sometimes really early in the morning so residents can get out to go to work. A very nice place to live.

I'm very happy here and have had no issues. Everyone has been awesome to deal with when needed. I would def recommend the Aventine of Oakhurst North to prospective renters. It is a convenient area close to the mall, several grocery stores and the RT 88 corridor.
