So unprofessional staff. They are not responsive and often now aware of what is upcoming for maintanance. Sometime water is just shutdown without prior notices. Packages are inconsistently delivered sometimes to the delivery room sometimes to my door.

    Thank you for taking the time to post a review. My sincere apologies for your disappointment. We do send emails to all residents on upcoming projects and updated status emails when possible. The only time water is shut off without notice has been during an emergency. With the new shut off valves that were installed in the fall, this should no longer be an issue. The Luxer Package Room is new amenity, once you are registered you should be receiving notification of packages when they arrive to let you know your package has been delivered. I know that with the recent holidays and temporary staff, Amazon has not been following directions and caused some confusion with packages. Now that the holidays are over, I hope this does not continue.
