Well being here for around 10 yrs 3-4 different managing companies its been a little different every time. Some would listen and work with you, some would pretend to listen. There has been quit a bit of gradual upgrades to the complex which were needed and appreciated. The front office staff and maintenance have been above average and then some and so has my experiece.

I've been lucky since moving in of having all good neighbors. The mgt companies and maintenance have all been professional, polite and available. I've seen a lot of upgrades to the clubhouse and pool area 2/3 times ,the water heater replacement for the whole complex. The diseased tree replacement project. Side walk repairs, led lighting, new play ground and dog park, new roofing and unit remodeling .All good and looking forward to more of the same. I just wish I could get my gutters unclogged.
