The Aventine North is a very family friendly apartment complex. It has a very nice dog park and areas to walk with beautiful scenery. The neighborhood is quiet and residents friendly . Extremely polite and helpful office staff

This is a very friendly, peaceful community. The grounds are maintained, and the maintenance staff is helpful, professional, and friendly. An amazing office staff. The exercise facility is always clean, and has the latest updated equipment.

The office staff is a crucial factor in building your comfort level in an apartment community. The staff here @ Adventine North is very friendly and concerned about the residents. It is very peaceful here and people respect each other. I have never had a problem that was not resolved when Management had to get involved. I love the convenience for shopping in the area.

This community makes you feel as of the property is located in a resort setting. The grounds are very clean and the residents are courteous & friendly people. Parking is not a problem and so far safety has never been an issue. I am an UNER driver so I have a lot of opportunities to recommend this property when I hear that my riders are looking to move from their current residents.
