I have had a wonderful experience since I moved in. Anything that I have requested has been taking care of. I would have to say the only thing that needs to change is the communication in the leasing office.

I have had a wonderful experience here at the Aventine since I moved in. The staff is nice, and responds promptly to and issues I have had. The Maintenance crew is exceptional. Everything is close. ..

My experience here has been wonderful. The staff is nice,any issues i have had was taking care of right away. Stores are close by. Parking is not an issue. Overall I am really happy living here. Nice place

So far my stay here has been wonderful. I haven't had any issues. The staff is nice and any issues I have had has been taking care of. I would say that the staff in the office could use a little bit more training when it comes to answering certain questions.
