Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though I'm sorry to hear you haven't been fully satisfied here at The Aventine. While there has been an unfortunate lack of respect and responsibility regarding our trash compactor, we are looking to find a solution that works for everyone. Now that it seems to finally be warming up we'll be able to focus more on landscaping and making our community as beautiful as possible. While I can't speak on your monthly costs specifically, there are several factors that go into calculating rent and we do try to be as competitive as possible.
