Overall the complex is nice. My unit had a lot of issues when moved in but was better after a month of repair work. Open layout between kitchen and living room is nice, and floor plan is set up well. There's a deep storage closet on the patio/deck. Some buildings have very limited parking compared to others. It can be hard to get parking as a resident at those buildings. There is no preferential parking for residents. Maintenance employees have responded quickly and been professional. You will pay $50 pet rent each month which is a bit much. A pet deposit I can see but pet rent is just money for the owner. Valet trash service is $30/mo which seems a bit much. I'd rather see a lower fee and pickup a few times a week vs 5 days. Convenient location! New property management company hasn't been great about responding to communication but is improving some. They took over recently, so don't have too much experience with them yet.
