My experience had always been terrible, the apartments were made cheap; everything breaks and when you try and get it fixed they take weeks to come and they act like you are a burden. We have had at least 2 floods a year since we've been here and I have asked multiple times about them having a real plumber come out and take a look at the pipes and make sure there isn't a bigger problem here that is being covered up. I was told I would be charged for that. There is dog poop everywhere in this community and the staff has not done anything about it, this complex is most definitely not worth 1400$ a month
