My experience at the Aventine has been mostly good. After move-in, I had multiple work orders that I had to put in. The sink backed up and was filled to the top with horrible smelling water. The dryer was not drying due to their being a birds nest in the vent. Had light bulbs out. It seemed like I had to put in a work order everyday the first week I moved in. Since then, things have been okay. I did put in a work order a few months back and it was changed to the closed the next day and no one even came to my apartment and I had to put in another work order.

Moved in recently. Have had to put in a couple maintenance requests but both were taken of promptly and staff have all been friendly. I have noticed residents who seem to overly complain on the community message board about everything and anything so I would not believe any horrible complaints that might be out there on rating sites.
