My experience has been horrible. I have consistently asked for the drainage issue in my parking lot to be taken care of and for my neighbors to stop smoking cannabis but nothing has been done. I'm moving because my needs have been ignored.

I moved to the Aventine in 2015 and lived in a different unit, the community care and staff response was much better except for the trash issue. The community remodel project is nice but it appears that maintenance cuts comers when it comes to upkeep. Staff continue to make excuses about being busy instead of responding to issues.
