i was excited to move in considering i just have move from nebraska and finding a new home here was essential. overall i was very disappointed in office staff. they are a very snarky bunch who don't care about the residents. i have tried to contact them
many times for questions i had and i have never received a response. i have to literally go into the office and confront them face to face about my questions and when i do they are very off putting about answering my questions or helping me out.
