Prior to 2020, I had a semi-pleasant experience at the Aventine. In 2020, new tenants were moved in above me and they allow their dog to urinate and relieve other bodily fluids on the balcony and I provided video and photos to management and they did nothing about it. I was told management was charging the tenants a fee every time I complained to get them stop allowing their dog to relieve himself on the balcony, but it still happens. The complex is financially benefiting from a situation that is causing me a great deal of stress and have done nothing to help me. I pay rent and can't even use my patio because I don't want to be urinated or vomited on by the dog upstairs.
