My experience has been horrific! The non-smoking policy, since the Pandemic the cigarette & cannabis smoking inside apts are out of control. I previously transferred from another apt due to excessive usage for that reason. I complained to the manager that there toxic smells tht were making my family sick which didn't seem right. The manager told me to get a police report, the police told me they couldn't give me a report but it was on record& it's the property managers responsibility. Another incident my daughter had to call the police to come out cause the smell was so bad which seemed someone was making illegal substance. I ended paying $1000 during a Pandemic to transfer to this current apt, due to I was tired of waiting for the manager to do something. I couldn't afford this but I had no choice during the Pandemic. I kept being advised by the office it's a process. Moved to the new apt within 2 mons and there's smoking again, cannabis smoking all type of hours. Majority of the time the cannabis smoking can go for days, no matter what time of day. Since I work for home, its some type of experience. Can you imagine! Cannabis smoking 24/7 and your not a smoker!!! If your not going to enforce the rules then just take it out of the lease!!
