Terrible staff, way too much drama, the office staff is always looking for a way to cause problems. The place smells like garbage. They pass anyone for inspection regardless of filth and then will make excuses for that person.

The staff here are some of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The amount of drama that they cause is absolutely unacceptable for a senior living home. They will go out of their way to make your life miserable, especially a staff member by the name of Heather. I suggest you avoid living here by any cost, if you can.

Filthy building and way to much drama for senior and disabled building. If you want clean and friendly community and home please stay away. So much fighting and childish backstabbing. They only have one maintenance man to fix and clean the whole building. Also the manager is almost never in. The social worker is friendly but that's the only one.

The staff here at Shadley are wonderful. My only problems have been with tenants who do not respect their neighbors, who constantly slam their front apt doors and/or kitchen cabinets. The heat is free and very adequate and the hot water is always very warm. I love the view I have, I just wish I didn't have an ignorant neighbor. Other than that the bldg feels safe and the staff keeps it as clean as they can- you're always gonna have a few dirty and noisy people in a big bldg but it's a pretty decent place.

While looking at an apartment, there was shouting & tenants fighting in the lobby, lots of name calling going on there. No, thanks!

This is from a family member. The water is not safe to drink, pipes back up & the water is cloudy. The elevators break down all the time. Not safe for seniors. Bullying in a senior building where the police are called for disturbances. Flyers were on the doors that there was marijuana smoking going on in the building. Look elsewhere, we do NOT recommend this building.
