Great location for all elmhurst activities as well as utilizing the train to hop towns. The walls are really thin so I hear all types of noises throughout the night. This is now the second neighbor that is having loud sexual activities late at night which is a Huge nuisance since I wake up each day at 415. Paper thin wall construction

I would not recommend living here due to the constant headaches of things not working. The ladies 'try' to fix things but don't have an answer or know how to present it in a logical way other than sounding like they have no clue whats going on. The location makes this the best place to live with its proximity to the train(if that's important to you) and downtown restaurants. Once the new apartment complex opens on 1st ave this place will be irrevelent.

The location of the Marke is top notch. For those that work downtown or use the train it is the best location in Elmhurst. We are centralized to the rest of the city including all popular restaurants and bars. My girlfriend and I have made lots of friends here!

Nice place overall with great neighbors. The elevator issues got to be a real annoyance with not much of any communication from the office staff on resolutions and why it kept going down. It finally got figured out but more communication would be great especially when residents got strapped in there multiple times between floors.

Great complex, amenities, neighbors, and friendly staff. The Elmhurst area is new to my girlfriend and I. So far so good. Nice and close to the train to make a trip to the city or visiting family out west.
