WARNING!! Think Twice Before Applying: A Deeply Disappointing Experience

My experience with this property management company was deeply disappointing. Throughout the application process, I asked several reasonable questions about the lease—basic clarifications any prospective tenant should be able to request, especially when the written lease conflicted with what I had been told verbally or in writing. Questions any competent management team should be able to answer without hesitation. Instead of receiving clear or timely answers, I was repeatedly told by the manager, Teodora, that she was too busy overseeing multiple properties to respond. What made this even more concerning was the contrast between the lack of answers and the frequency of messages threatening to cancel my application. There seemed to be time for warnings, but never for transparency or professionalism. That speaks volumes about their priorities, and none of it reflects professionalism, respect, or reliability. This pattern of communication left me with zero confidence in their ability to manage a tenancy responsibly. If this is how they treat someone before a lease is even signed, I can only imagine how dismissive or unresponsive they might be once you actually live there. I ultimately withdrew my application because I refuse to tolerate incompetence, and inconsistency. Nor will I lower my expectations and settle for a community that offers so little respect or reliability in return. Anyone considering renting from them should think twice and proceed with caution.

The filthiest apartment building I have ever had the misfortune of living in. Over flowing and spilled garbage cans at the front and back entrances, split open garbage bags and garbage on the ground around the dumpsters, drug users (pot smokers next door-the hallway reeks of pot), the Glen Ellyn Police are here regularly, illegal immigrants from World Relief loitering all over. Now the best part. Huge pest problem. I had cockroaches the second week I lived here. Two weeks after that my apartment became infested with fleas. I don't own pets or work anywhere where there would be fleas. The management did nothing for two weeks after I told them. It took a phone call to the Village inspector to get them to finally do something. It's now been two months and I still have fleas and now there are small black bugs also, possibly some kind of mites in this apartment. Do yourself a big favor and stay very far away from here. I am very surprised that an apartment building like this is allowed to operate in Glen Ellyn. FOR SHAME.
