First year and a half at the community was a terrible experience. Dilapidated and ugly buildings, bottom of the barrel neighbors living here because of the low quality, bad groundskeeping, unreliable front office. In the last few months, things seem to have turned around. I am optimistic about the building renovations, problem neighbors have left, groundskeeping is significantly improved, and I have had much nicer experiences with the front office. More to do, but I appreciate the effort being put in.

As a newer management company, we have ambitious projects for upgrades and renovations planned. While we would like to have a magic wand and have everything happen over night, we have found that with the pandemic, everything is taking a lot longer than normal. Shoddy apartments, with unresponsive front office with many issues. The first night I moved in, a strange drunk man broke in, which describes many of my neighbors. Things are falling apart, plumbing is shot and likes to leak, and it is clear the bare minimum is done to keep habitable.
