Overall good community and complex.. older units need upgraded appliances and flooring .. paint.. I wish mailboxes and packages would in a more controlled indoor environment like many new complexes .. same with storage since the units are very small..rents are reasonable compared to others in the area

Community has changed over the past 3-4 years.. units need to be updated or at least the ones that havent been touched whatsoever.. especially with the carpet, appliances, bathrooms.. mailboxes need upgrades and package storage which would cut down on thefts and management should look into leasing storages for small items for residents such as bikes or plastic/stackable boxes etc ..

property is maintained well and I have seen some nice upgrades to the roads and large plants and flowers around the property . Safe and relatively quiet . Issues seem to be addressed immediately and keeping the community informed .. pool area is nice .. parking is good ..

Overall my experience has been good .. I would like to be informed of upcoming unit upgrades because Ive been living at this community for 9 years and have yet to be offered an upgrade on appliances, bathroom cabinets or carpet. The padding is completely gone and nails or staples are exposed. I have asked about what to do with this for years but nothing has happened to correct the issue ..
