Hello, i have been here for about 8 months. the heat in my building has gone out 4 times now since then. Just recently my radiator pipes burst. soaking my bedroom. i called and was directed to emergency, who didnt pickup the first time. then they assured me someone would be out in 5 min, 30 min later Rickey shows up. great guy. smart. polite. quick. got my heat up and running asap. Rickey is the ONLY redeeming quality about living here. i am extremely upset at the inconvenience of having to stop the leaking myself in order to save my stuff AND the apt itself. it cost me towels, my curtains, my carpet is ruined. my box spring is wet. the 2 water cleanup guys are here now. leaving water and salt all over my carpet that wasnt ruined yet. Now my whole carpet needs deep cleaned.
