moved into this complex in July. When going on my tour, I was told we were getting new balconies, its now almost September and the balconies are still not put up, and I am assuming since it is almost winter they wont be fixed until spring. I was also told that the fee was refundable, and I still have not received my refund for my administrative fee. I have put in service request that have not been answered and had to find a quick fix on my own. The entire complex is always dirty, from bottles to trash to dog crap. Its disgusting. I moved here with the intent on living in a good community for me and my son, it is not up to par. I was given the incorrect laundry card when moving in and had to pay to get the correct card for the laundry in my building, not to mention they are continuously breaking. The pool is constantly closed, and instead of having someone monitor the pool, management punishes the entire complex by closing the pool. Even when they did have a pool attendant, the attendant was not checking people in to see if they were residents and not correcting unsafe or obnoxious behavior. So I dont see the point in closing the pool when the person hired to do their job isnt even doing it correctly. Not to mention you could not tell who the pool attendant was due to them not having a uniform. I dont understand why I am being charged for these additional amenities if they are never available. And, if management knows the people whos children are bullying others at the pool, instead of closing it why not issue the parents of the bullies a fine or citation? Also the neighbors are constantly screaming in the hallways and leaving their garbage outside their doors for days. The gym and playground are a joke, not taken care of and in need of updating. The unit is always hot because of the layout with the AC. Parking is a joke, people will take up two spots, pull in completely slanted, or block cars while waiting instead of pulling into a parking spot. Management has no answers to any questions and are hardly on the same page because of lack of communication, I have been told multiple different things by the people in the office and have to figure things out myself because nobody knows whats going on in this complex. Management presents the complex as upscale, in reality its a cesspool of inconveniences and falsified information just to get people to move in. They have lazy management skills, and have promised that they are trying to update the complex all while leaving piles of their half finished projects and promises scattered around the property. Safe to say unless there is a change within management and the community I will not be renewing my lease once its up. They also have no on call manager for emergencies, so if anything happens before office hours you wont be notified until someone comes in. Please heed my warning, do not move here. Unless you are satisfied with low quality way of living.
