Stressful
I absolutely do not recommend this apartment complex. I have lived here for over three years. I got stuck here during Covid and then last year I lost my job. Maintenance is OK if you get an English-speaking person. Their vendors are low quality and again often do not speak English. The property manager acts only if he is forced to. He takes the path of least resistance. They will tow your car if your license plate is expired without any warning, even if you have a resident sticker. The grounds are shabby unless the units are located near the office for show. The floors are very thin , and you will pray hoping that the resident above you is considerate. A lot of turnover in our building. People staying three months, six months, then gone. The people above us, across, behind us all here less than 6 months. They did install cameras which is a good thing for them. They also have a security company driving around the complex until midnight or so. Before the cameras I heard gun shots outside our window. TI Communities claims to be a socially responsible management company, but it really treats residents like second class citizens. Do not even go to the office. They will rein you in. The rent is about $100 less per month than other apartment complexes. Not worth it at all.Previous Review
