Good community amazing apartment accessible to me and my two kids. Very quiet community and gives me a sense of peace when I come to apartment from work at early hours of the day. Community feels very safe

Keep up the good work!
Kudos to the maintenance workers at Sunset Lake! They are professional and respond timely. Special shout out to Amir who consistently keeps the grounds clean. He is™s the only one that I have seen out there making sure trash is picked up!! We see it and appreciate it!! I can honestly say it is so much better than it used to be!

At first it was great. This will be my last year here. Rent has gone up $100, but no real improvements have been made to the place. I've had no issues with Maintenance or the office staff, but what used to be a peaceful, quiet place, has become loud, tiring and irritating!

Peace of mind, Quiet ,mostly everything seems to be decent . Good schools, the events they do for the kids here and some is always willing to help you ( the ladies in the office) are helpful and will take that extra step and the manager

Upon viewing the unit to put a down payment, there were a few appliances that needed to be fixed. The maintenance team efficiently fixed the appliances before move-In. Even after move in- some appliances needed to be replaced and the staff was more than helpful with getting us new appliances in a timely matter.

I have been living in Sunset for almost 5 years. I'm very much comfortable and like the fact that whenever I put a work order in the maintenance department make sure I'm taking care of. The new maintenance crew is very helpful and quick their response.

Fix the pool for the complex! I think it's false advertisement when you show the pool to the tenants but you find out the pool has not been opened in years. We are charged in our rent for the pool yet it's closed

Quiet beautiful scenery. Friendly staff, spacious room and my 2 bedroom apartment,lot of closet room lots of parking spaces to park, expressway is literally down the street from me a great place to cal home

Was horrible move in experience with dirty carpet and apartment, gave me a hassle as if I did the dirt to apartment, finally came to clean carpet but was done fast and needed more tlc before he left, i guess its better then nothing, but the maintenance been doing a great job far as my request to fix things

The area is clean and maintain to a high level. Easy access to transportation and shopping center. Love the newsletter and event's that sunset lake provides weekly to update you on what's going threw out the month.

The pond and pathway is a great place to walk. Having the ability to attend community events is amazing because they host a variety of activities all at no additional cost to attend. The apartment is spacious and nice.

For the most part I really enjoy living very quiet and and peaceful love the fact that my building have elevators and to me the only thing that is missing is a play area for kids other than that it's perfect

It's ok . Not cleaned daily and funny smells in halls . Intercom doesn't work and people are always stealing packages in my building. The front staff in leasing office are not helpful and they overcharged me fees for three months and have yet to refund me the overage payment even though they did document that I was overcharged improperly

Kinda bad from the start. I got shuffeled around when looking to move in, the rental at the last second was taken off the market after I had already put a deposit down on a specific apartment.... and after the move in the apartment wasn't clean, so on and so forth. It took me 3 months just to get a mail key out of these people. Definitely not my favorite complex.

The community is quiet but the numbers of people is a little huge a pit bull dog is on my floor I thought no pits was allowed I keep my two years old grandchild so every time we come in or out I'm very afraid

So, when I first looked up the reviews I got a little afraid. But, still decided to go and have a tour. The process was very fast. My agent Sharday was the best. The building I'm in is pretty clean and the surroundings are too. My apt is really nice. I am very comfortable in it. My dog has plenty of space to roam in it... I adore my view from the balcony. Staff was really nice. I would love it if I could have a swinging door in my balcony, so that I wouldn't have to walk my dog all thru the hallway and get overwhelmed by everybody that pops out of nowhere.... Like that I could just take her out from the balcony and bring her back in. Overall.... So far, it's only been a week.... I'm happy.

We absolutely love the lakeview here at Sunset Lake. The apartments are perfect Wouldn't trade this place for any other. The Staff are very friendly, watching the kids play gives you a sense of home.

It's been nice. The office staff are helpful, a few of my neighbors have been kind and cool. The apartment size is nice. The lake is nice as well and I look forward to checking out the pool in the summer

My experience so far has been good. I was skeptical at first but all of the staff members have been very pleasant and really helpful. I only just recently moved in but so far I'm enjoying my stay and looking forward to the events as well.

Terrible
Pictures are self explanatory. My a/c has been leaking for a whole year now. Water pressure in bathroom has been low for a year now. Maintenance finally came out yesterday after contacting corporate, came by to do another half --- fix. Would you want someone coming into your bathroom or even using your shower with it looking like this? Rent is entirely too expensive for everything in the unit to be old and used. I’ve even requested to transfer to another unit because I’ve seen better, request never answered. I’ve had my car broken into in the parking lot by other tenants children. The property did not terminate their lease for their kids behavior nor no action was taken for them damaging my propert. They were arrested and released back out into the streets to terrorize others. Management will work with you financially if you fall short and fake act like they care about your personal issues however I do not recommend anyone to lease here.a lot of ppl try to blame it on the tenants but who would take care of this place when it was already a dump before moving in. “Horrible”
My house flooded twice in 12/2023 and I was refused compensation for it. No Christmas 2023 due to damage and smell, aggravation was awful. We were forced to sleep in a home full of mildew for over 24 hours. I know others were compensated however I’m assuming because I spoke up for my family Sunset Lake doesn’t want to help me anymore. These conditions were just horrifying.
