Neglect, Lies and Ignore Tenant ConceÂ�Zero if

This review is for the 9807 building. Management ignores resident messages concerning the poor maintenance of the building. The lobby area is always dirty with garbage tossed on the floor or bench. The carpets are filthy and the building itself smells horribleÃ¢â‚¬â€� like rotting garbage. Spills are left to sit on the lobby floor for weeks. Packages are routinely stolen and management refuse to take action to help safeguard tenant packages, by installing security cameras. Rents are $1400-$2000, or more and it is as though you are living in the projects. I should have known the property was poorly maintained when I toured prior to leasing and saw a big stain on the stairwell carpet. They lie about the rent amount that is posted in ads, charging an extra $95 for water, garbage and some other crap they have created to pass the cost onto tenants. This is ON TOP of the amount posted in the ad. You do not find out until they send you the lease to sign. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of this place!
