Living at the Reserve at Chandler's Glen
I enjoy living here. They have seriously improved things and the safety around here. We have also had community services which have been incredibly helpful to my daughter and I. I would recommend anyone to live here.

Awful
Staff lies and bullies residents. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Kids running wild breaking things. Guest of residents stealing parts off cars. ------------- needs to follow her own rules and do her job.

Cold blooded money hungry evil people don’t rent here
ROACH INFESTED. I moved down here from out of state only to find 4 COCKROACHES chillin in my new apartment. Immediately paid 350$ to be let out of lease did not move in anything besides 2 bags and some food that went right into fridge. There was some brownies in a container sitting on the breakfast bar a roach was right by it. I just came from getting food I was ready to do some cleaning sanitizing feed the kids a frozen pizza and eat my food but could not I lost my appetite. I didn’t even use the stove to cook I was so scared I checked all they shoes and clothes put them on bags set them outside. Talked with the managers they suggested that I moved the roaches in with my move lied about having roaches etc. it gets worse. They were so rude and just didn’t care at all. I have two small kids with me a U-Haul full of my things a truck on a auto transport and I paid a lot of money for this move only to be lied to and gas lighted. ---- --------- and ------ all denied knowing about the roaches.… See More>11/27/2023

I love living here!
I’ve almost lived here for 6 years in May 2023. I love it here! I’ve called this my home and my son as well have loved our home. I’ve felt pretty safe. Only had issues with neighbors here and there but the Staff are great at getting that figured out. Dawn and Cassandra sorry if I spelled that wrong! They are the best managers here since I wasn’t too found of our last ones. I am very happy and grateful and blessed to call this our home. I have no thoughts of moving because this has been such a wonderful home for my son and I. Thank You for being such a wonderful home for my family! I love a couple of my neighbors. We have become close friends and that helps to have good neighbors!

I was blown away by the staff at the Reserve. They care about their residents, taking time to learn our names. They are hardworking and quickly respond to resident concerns. I was most impressed with the maintenance supervisor who goes above and beyond to make the apartments at the Reserv\e look and feel like home.

I'm writing this review in response to how The Reserve has handled the COVID-19 situation. My SO and I are out of work, therefore we are unable to pay rent. Upon telling the office this, and letting them know we would have to move out, they refused to give us our security deposit back because we didn't give them 60 days notice. WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE 60 DAYS NOTICE THAT THE VIRUS WAS COMING. On top of that, they offered no rent help or pause during this trying time, I'm extremely disappointed. Furthermore, the maintenance and office team is a joke. They not once came to look at the problems we informed them about, all they care about is collecting your rent payment.

The office staff has been amazing in accomodating my needs and the maintenece staff has been great as well any issues I have had they have came in a very timely manner always within the same day. The property is very well kept the neighors are friendly its really a nice little community that im proud to call home and even with all the theres the added benefitsof a pool, jogging trail and workout room

Not Safe, Not Quiet, and Not Friendly
I have lived here for two years and for the past year have filed complaint with the leasing agent and/or property manager. I kept being assured that they were taking care of it only to find out that basically all my complaints were being discarded. I live by myself and at about 2 or 3 in the morning will have a group of people coming to my door asking for me to buy them alcohol. I no longer answer my door but that does not stop them from banging on it for about 15 minutes. I have called the cops several times to see if they could help me with the situations at hand, but was told that it was the property managers responsibility to take care of unruley tenant. That was a joke, when i informed Dawn of this, she gave me her cell, but rarely would answer when I called. This property takes section 8 and the manager is more concerened about getting her government check then the safety and lifes of the other tenants around. There are cops in the complex at least 2 to 3 times a day for domestic fights, drugs, break ins,… See More>anonymous

DONT MOVE IN HERE !!!!! THIS PLACE IS HELL!!!!
Unfortunatly my ol' lady was a bit lazy when we moved and stopped looking around once this -----HOLE accepted our application.Needless to say it wont ever happen again. When we first moved in, the "wannabe" maintenence guy was yelling at kids in the playground section WHILE HE was FISHING in the community SWIMMING POOL while KIDS were trying to swim. As if that wasnt enough, when we finaly finished moving and were ready to settle in for the night, an older lady approached us wondering if we had any dope to sell. What the F***??? After telling her to stay away from us or were calling the cops, she continued down the sidewalk towards someone else. Fortunatly we had friendly neighbors (whom were in the process of trying to get out of their lease) who filled us in with whats going on in the neighborhood. From what they've seen, there are atleast 4 crack houses in the neighborhood and u can see the crackheads walking around at all hours of the night. The woman that works the desk clerk will give "special" deals to the tenants who let her have a few hits off the crack pipe. We are constantly woken… See More>anonymous

Pigeon Hill North
I've been here going on 3 years and have seen as many managers come and go. While the new office people seem to be changing this place for the better on the outside little has changed if at all on the interior side of the apartments. A lot of them are still in the poor shape they were in 3 years ago including mine. I've put several orders in for repairs that seem to get lost and forgotten and or they just don't have the materials to fix something. While all this cosmetic work is being done on the outside its the inside that really needs fixing and what matters most. There really needs to be someone and not John that keeps an eye out on this place at night and the weekends. As a lot of mischief still goes on here. And there are a lot of people who don't care how they trash the place. Like I said its all cosmetic changes and really nothing that really matters where it counts. And with all the apartments here and people they really need more trash bins verses more lighting and a shelter house where the druggies and such will make… See More>anonymous

Arlington Park is a good place to live!
I have lived in Arlington Park for alot of years. It is a very good place to live. Like all apartments there is always a loud mouth here with the new manager those people are taken care of fast. Also it dosen't matter what apartment complex you live in you will sometimes hear noises. Kids do need to play! Let the small stuff go, unless it is a constent problem live with it. This is a very safe place to live. I am a single mother and I have never felt unsafe.

We love it here....
I have been a resident here for about 3 years and after reading the above comment about the new manager, felt it my duty to respond to the above comment on our new manager. Since she has arrived, things have changed termenously for the better. She is very courteous, polite, up-beat, and goes out of her way to help when she can. Previous manager was never there and the leasing agent, whom just left, was rude, always on her cell phone etc., we are glad to have someone in the office that cares. We are glad to call Arlington Park our home. This truly is a good quiet place to live. Thanks to Dawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manager
New Manager did not perform duties in an efficeint manner, she caused caios all the time. Did not receive a deposit at move out for sixty days later. The law states that 45 days is the max. She was always rued and cruel when I came to pay my rent, and she talked very hateful to all of the staff, everytime I came in. She does not need to be a Manager.

Thank God for New Property Manager
We recently have been given a new property manager and in her short presence has already weeded thru and cleaned this place up. Its actually quiet in the evenings and you can actually use the jogging trail without being scared. No more unruley children running wild. I've lived here for 2 years now and its about time we got someone in here who cares for her tenants.

Nice apartments/ Bad place to live
If you're into drugs and noise this is the place for you. Do we have maintenance? The drugies that bang on your door at all hours, because their dealer conveniently forgot to tell them they moved, always keeps you guessing. The fact that you're always trying to catch someone in the office, will make you late to work every time. The lights not being replaced in the halls is interesting. Dodging kids in the parking lot is often challenging. The fire alarms not alerting the fire department is a bit scary. There's lots of parking though, unless you have to run to the store or something after dark then forget it, the drugies are here! Hope you don't like green grass. I almost forgot! The neighbors like to pull guns! Have fun living in paradise if you choose to live here.

problem after problem
Our first problem started on move in day.... we had a truck load of stuff with a bunch of friends to help us move and they couldn't find the key the apartment!! So after excuses about them needing to change the locks, maintenance let us in. The staff was very rude about this and not concerned that it was nearly 90 degrees outside and we had to have the rental truck back by 5pm. After living there a few months, we were regretting our decision. The other tenants were trashy and most didn't even work. There were broken down cars in the parking lot, the walls were paper thin. Lots of unruly kids there, no parental supervision. My boyfriends' car was broken into 3 times! Not a safe place, a man was shot in the parking lot while I was living there. Lots of crime and drugs. Maintenance at this place was a joke. They would mow the grass at 6am on Saturdays and would not salt the stairs in the winter. Luckily we never needed to call them for any major repairs. I do not recommend this… See More>One Bed Apartment
