Quiet and friendly people. Secured place. Close by groceries and schools. Very close to Monon trail ! Maintenance attends to work very fast ! Apartment is clean and all armenties works properly. Rates could be little lower !

It has been a great experience . I had some of my apartment be dirty and it had to get cleaned which was kind of not the best but it all got fixed by the maintenxe teams so it's been good so far considering that there is a pool!

It's not as glamorous as it appears on the outside. They use cheap building materials, thin walls where you can hear people whispering and they find any and every reason to issue you a violation fee. I get they want to keep things clean and orderly, but get ready for unfair violation fees. The office staff is rude and lazy. They ignored the garage door issues to the point where it locked all the tenants inside on a weekday. They don't repair elevators in a timely manner, they do it when it's convenient for them to save money. You do not get what you pay for at this apartment complex. Look elsewhere.

It's a very nice apartment complex located at the heart of Carmel. It's relatively newly built, good quality, nice and friendly management. Overall, I like and are not disappointed by my decision to move in here.

great working with Bianca, she provided me with all of the info I needed. She gave a great tour of the building and grounds and made me feel right at home. I think the design and amenities will be perfect for my wife and I.

I have enjoyed my apartment very much. Due to being diagnosed with cancer I am unsure at this time if I will be renewing my lease. I was surprised to see an increase in the cost of my rent when it feels like there are hundreds of apartments being built in Carmel.

So far everyone had been very welcoming. The building is clean and well kept. The outside of the building is also very well kept. Emergency after hours maintenance has excellent communication with me when I needed something fixed.

Really like the staff here- office staff and the maintenance crew. Facility is very clean and activities hosted by the office are well organized and fun. Really enjoy this location and all the amenities provided here.

I havent been here for very long, but so far everything has been great! I moved In at the end of 2023 and all of the staff is very nice, my neighbors seem friendly, and when maintenance has come they have been very kind.

Midtown flats is a great place to live! The staff takes great care of its residents and promptly fixes any problems that arise. It's a beautiful location and building- my time here has been wonderful!!!

We chose these place mainly for the amazing location. Couldn't be better. This is one of the only places in the area that has a 3 bedroom apartment at an affordable price. The floor plan is huge. There is a good mix of people here and the building upkeep is great. We love the parking situation and feel very safe here.

The community is great. Everyone is friendly and facilities are very nice. Additionally, the location is perfect. I am able to walk to most places. I would recommend this to friends if they were looking for a place to live.

Safe and convenient to stay active. Clean and quiet. Facility very close to monon trail that I use almost daily. Surrounded by nice stores downtown Carmel. The only thing that I have to suggest is to extend the rooftop access time, closing it at 21.00 is too early during summer.

Great apartment. Very friendly people in the apartment. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Atmosphere around the apartment is cozy and warm. A lot to do and see. Never a boring night since the apartment is in just of walking distance.

I recently move in and could not have been more impressed with the ease of move in, cleanliness of the apartment, and friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help throughout the entire process. The apartment complex has great amenities for anyone.

The apartment complex is very new and a great location for anyone looking for outdoor activities or dining and entertainment within walking distance. However, the unit was not well cleaned upon move in which added an extra few hours to my move day.

The place is amazing. Everything looks great and location is just perfect. The pool is nice along with the view from the apartment. I run Airbnbs and this place is just perfect in its design. Everyone is super friendly here as well.

I think it is a great community with enduring in walking distance. Daytime and night time fun. I really love that I have so many unique restaurants and nighttime establishments to visit. Being right on the Monon downtown Carmel is absolutely amazing!

This is a very nice community in the Midtown Carmel area and would meet the needs of retired people in addition to Young professionals but probably not a great place to raise children. There are many amenities that make this an attractive property such as the gym and pool and coffee machine. This is a safe semi Urban environment and most maintenance items are handled in a reasonable amount of time. Rent is somewhat High per square foot and considering the fixtures and finishes in comparison to other more upscale properties in the area. The location is however better than some other high-end properties.

Midtown Flats is perfectly located on The Monon Trail in Carmel and near The Quad, The Palladium and Main Street. The staff is friendly and courteous. The apartments still have a very new vibe. Very Safe!

Everything has been great at this apartment so far. I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I love it. I am really looking forward to the spring time and summer when I can enjoy the Monon trail even more.

Professional staff ?. Heating and cooling always work ? clean and bright hallways ? utilities always work . Trash and recycling system very efficient. Snow (whenever) always shoveled..pool area impeccable and tidy ? very clean every day ? all day/night
