NEVER AGAIN

This place is just all around disgusting and disappointing. They have a horrible roach infestation causing multiple people to break their leases at once, the apartments themselves are terribly old, all of the plumbing here causes leaks, mold is always growing in your bathroom even if they move you to a different unit. Maintenance request take almost a month sometimes longer and then they fix it in 2 seconds for it to break again and you have to wait another month! None of your stove burners work, every door in the units are hard to open and have a ton of airway coming in, the sinks constantly clog and so does your garage disposal… Please save your time and money. These apartments are completely inhabitable.

This place is the worst I have lived in, in 40 years. The grounds are covered in dog poop, trash, broken down equipment, empty pool and horrible staff. They added a dog park but failed to fix the pool that we were told would be available to us 2 months ago. The dog park is covered in poop dog station bin is full all the time. The trash can provided is over filled. Gross place

This place is a joke and hot mess. I broke my lease and wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone.... like EVER! The staff is rude and undertrained. Any time you file a complaint, the make it seem like you're the issue. They are always adding additional fees without notice and then stacking up late fees for the fees that you were not aware of in the first place. Throw the whole place away ???????

I do not like living here at all. I moved in May and started getting roaches in early November. It is now December and there are sill roaches in my apartment. The apartment manager, Rachel, is completely rude and careless. She is not helpful at all and is completely unprofessional and I can't stress enough, rude. She blamed the roaches on me and took no responsibility, she said that I am displaced of my own choosing because I refuse to live with roaches, she said that her treatments are working when after 4-5 sprays I found live roaches just 2 days ago, she told me that I could be spraying my own stuff when that is not my responsibility, it is theirs as landlords. She acts like she does not understand why I am so pissed and I feel completely helpless. She is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. So needless to say, if you get roaches or any other type of bug, it will be a bear to get anything resolved. This place does not care about its residents.

I have found my home!! <3 Auburn place, IS MY PLACE! The staff, Rachel, Jamie, alisha have been amazing from, start to finish (with the application process). It was super quick!! They were able to show me a place, ON THE SPOT! :D The apartments/townhomes are clean. They were more then I expected. The neighborhood isn't what it used to be. It is quiet now. If you have a problem, They immediately address it. I didn't expect that, BUT, WAS SUPER THRILLED AND THANKFUL!! ??THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!! Hope to be here for years to come.??

This place is a slum in every way. Garbage staff, garbage maintainance, garbage apartments. Don't even bother reporting any major problems to maintainance, just live with it. Don't bother going to the pool, it's closed.

Numerous times we had found people drugged out and drunk passed out in laundry room. We had a HUGE mouse problem, they chewed holes in the walls , they were in dressers, & furniture. The lady's at the office are rude as can be. They do nothing to help out with any situation. All there worried about is money. We called maintaince for many situations, but they did everything but fix what was wrong. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone at all!

Office staff is rude. They moved a family in and their apartment caught on fire THE VERY FIRST NIGHT THEY WERE THERE. Since then, I have seen greenwood police, fire department, paramedics every single week multiple times a week. They overcharge people for water (which is included plus rent). They remodeled and refused to remodel or update any appliances. Please do NOT move here if tou do not want to be taken advantage of. Office manager is a greedy, money hungry jerk. Apartments are not worth the price.

DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. Nothing but a bunch of greedy liars that run the place! They'll tell you about all of their specials and great prices until you sign that contract and are stuck with them! You have to call multiple times to get any problems fixed and they don't do anything they say they're going to. We agreed to pay over $700 to move in because we would get $200 off our first months rent and now 2 weeks later when we paid that rent they said that we actually didn't "qualify" and now we also owe them almost $100 in late fees while we tried to get back in contact with them! I ignored the bad reviews thinking it wouldn't be that way for us and I was so wrong. Now we are stuck here for over a year dealing with this and there's nothing we can do! Please don't ignore the reviews like I did!!

The leasing office is rude don't know what they are doing. Secret service fbi and other law enforcement have been on the property several times. There is a huge amount of drug and crime activity on the property. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. The maintence staff is just as dumb and rude as the leasing office and wont fix anything. They recently sold the property it is not worth the rent. I wound not recommend living there. The new property manager is not professional. The health department needs to shut this complex down. They wont upgrade any appliances air conditioners or windows or doors. Unsafe unhealthy living conditions. They discriminate. They will tell you anything to get you in there and then stick it to anyone when they sign the lease. There have been several calls to greenwood pd fire dept and paramedics. There has been several reports by various sources of many deaths on the property.

I would not want my worst enemie to live here!!!! The place is a roach infested, nasty as can be. Had board of health come and possible BLACK MOLD!!!!! The rent may be cheap but would rather live in a box on the street!!! Good luck getting anything fixed, office to do ANYTHING. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!! BBB has them rated as an F!! Board of health has numerous calls on this place!!!!!

Do NOT live here!!! Not only is the staff EXTREMELY rude and EXTREMELY incompetent, they also will not fix ANYTHING that goes wrong. We haven't been able to use our bathroom sink in months, we can't lock our back door, half out outlets don't work, I can keep going!! BUT the worst part is that on a DAILY basis we are talking to the cops or the SECRET SERVICE because there's so many mental challenged people living there that shouldn't and some are paranoid schizophrenics. It's getting so bad the cops see us so much and know our situation that they are willing to help us get out. It's that bad people. Maybe we will just sue them under the Fair Housing Act, because they completely violate 90% of their own lease, and we can just get rid of this whole business all together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

This place is horrid! So many things wrong upon move in that are still NEVER fixed! And I've been living here 10 out of 12 months of my lease and more and more is wrong. Their maintenance staff is a JOKE. And if you have any issues you're lucky if it gets fixed at all the first month you call it in. I am longing to lease this place! Drive through and you will see what a dump it becomes, and it's worse in the summer!!

NO if you were smart, do not rent here - the staff is very very rude and unprofessional! They are not helpful at all and so rude to tenants! Wish I knew who the owners were, I would give them an earful! THERE ARE LOTS OF THEFT ISSUES GOING ON IN THIS PLACE!I feel very ripped off but can't move because I am stuck here with a 1 year lease. Can't wait to get out of here! Other tenants are horribly noisy but there isn't anything I can do about it.

I went to the leasing office to view the premises and a pretty young agent greeted me and gave me info on a two bedroom apartment. While I was there she handled several maintenance requests and a crying employee that was attending the pool area.I was very impressed by her calm mannerisms and her ability to juggle so much at a time. I will definitely be dropping off my application this week and hopefully will move in by the beginning of July. Kudos to Park Greenwood!!!

I have lived here for two years almost. Me and my family have lived here comfortably, with little hiccups. I will say though the biggest problem that I have is the fact that getting stuff fixed is like pulling teeth. We have never missed a payment and always pay early, but they seem to not care about your problems! If you need a place to live that is cheap, this is a good place for the money, but it can be run down in some places. The people that live here are OK, on the other hand though there are a LOT of people that are very disrespectful. We have had several arrests in the apartment complex. Sometimes I do not feel safe for my wife and family. Me and my wife will probably move out at the end of this year.

I have to say I've never lived in an apartment situation,and after my experience here I hope to never again.After my divorce I had to find affordable housing,I chose Park Greenwood. BAD CHOICE! The staff seems to be unable to operate this business at all! Repairs are never made,complaints go unheard,and follow through with anything is a foreign concept. I have documented my entire living experience here,and count the days tillI move!!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. There is mold growing EVERYWHERE from a leak that was poorly fixed and I was told it was mildew and I was stupid. Then told clean it with bleach and I'll be fine for a week. My dishwasher has never worked and the new manager refuses to take care of any problems herself. The neighbors are trash and my building smells like a drug den every time I come in the door. The maintenance people even buy blunts from the gas station my friend works at. There is never anywhere to park and no matter what time of day it is there are slamming of doors and screaming. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! This place needs to be shut down!
