Management is stupid

The new management wants every apartment to look the same--like a --------if you try to make your place look nice they make you remove the decorations. Our townhome is infested with mice & bugs. I even killed a brown recluse in a bathroom. Management does nothing. Both toilets run constantly-management does nothing. It is annoying to me, but it is money out of the owners pockets. I was told this morning that flower pots attract mice--nothing is being done about the 95 % of patios here with knee deep trash & garbage. I guess that does not attract mice. There is dog feces everywhere-but they will fine me $50.00 if I am caught standing outside my apartment smoking a cigarette. If you don't have a tag in your car windshield, your car will be towed in the middle of the night-even if the wind has blown the tag into the floorboard. I personally think that this new manager is getting a kick-back from the towing company. When you walk on our living room carpet,you can hear bugs crunch. I, myself got down & pulled the carpet back & caulked around the baseboards to stop the bugs from coming in. Rent here? Not unless you are very stupid. The health department should check every apartment for mold--it is everywhere. The kind of mold that makes you sick. You can't run a coffee pot & a microwave at the same time without it popping the breaker. The wiring is a FIRE HAZARD!!! There are many nicer apartment in this area for the same rent. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
