Better off living behind a Walmart.

I've lived here for one lease period, and signing another lease with these slum lords is absolutely out of the question. First and foremost, I'd like to point out that the community itself is poorly constructed. We, too, have pulled up our carpet in areas (which wasn't hard to do because its cheaply laid down) and discovered ROTTING floor boards filled with little bugs. The windows aren't totally sealed, resulting in easy access for critters of all sorts. My dog nearly got stuck by a HUGE bee that came in through the bedroom window. We can't purchase food from the grocery store, because if somehow, these little nasty black and brown bugs get into EVERYTHING. Not exactly appetizing to find bugs in your Raisin Bran. On to the paper thin walls. We could hear our neighbors talking. As a matter of fact, we can hear the guy upstairs taking a leak. Now, I'm not gonna mention the other things you hear. I cannot count the number of people who go into the apartment downstairs to do drugs and deal drugs. How do I know this? Oh, because for starters, the smell of Marijuana literally flows through the vents and into the hallways. And secondly, I watched him and a few of his buddies do lines of their kitchen table through the WIDE OPEN window. Classy. The management is, needless to say, a total -----. She is snotty, rude, and inconsiderate. I've brought to her attention many times the drugs, noise, and neighbors sabotaging. My hubby's antenna was stolen from his vehicle in the middle of the night. We witnessed two grown women fighting on the ground, beating the heck out of eachother in front of small children. It's just a trashy environment that I WOULD NEVER bring a child to. I could go ON AND ON with this review, but I think this is enough to give you a hint in regards to Park Greenwood. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied renter PS. Make sure your dog doesn't get attacked by the neighbors vicious pit bull (which isn't even allowed at the apartment complex). I am a dog lover, and know the breed isn't aggressive, its the Owners influence...and this owner influenced his dog to be an absolute monster.
