This place Sucks!! Can't wait til my lease it up

I am a current resident at Park Greenwood.. I have only lived here a few months and absolutely wish there was a way I could back out of my lease. I first had a major leak at my patio door that took forever for them to fix.. Then I started seeing roaches and I'm not dirty..and I surely dont want a roach infestion. I called and they had a exterminator come out, but after that I seen more than before I called. So a couple of days later I called back and talked to Jamie who told me they could only respray after two weeks, but would come when it was time.. So the second Tuesday after rolls around, everything is put up and ready for them to spray and they never come. I was even in the office the day before to verify that they would be coming. So I call again and talk to Mesha who has a bit of an attitude about it, and supposedly has no idea they were supposed to be coming.. Whatever!! It is ridiculous, I have two kids that I do not want living in those conditions.. And then my outside door has also been broke off for the last three days, which I called about as well and nothing has been done. RIDICULOUS!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
