I have Paid My Rent Always On Time

To the comment below me, i have always paid my rent on on time, i even had a rent credit of over 300 bucks at one point from where i paid ahead. However i do not do that anymore, i dont beleive my money will be accounted for. I have gone without common utitities for up to 5 days once, even no water while i had family over for christmas. Yet i still stick around for the cheap rent, however now i cant even get a reply from the office to sign a new lease over 6 months early. Parking is a joke, even if you agree with the rule, which i do, it is till unnecesarry to tow cars from a lot that is not at capacity. They could also have a heart and not send the tow trucks out on christmas eve. I really truly had faith that Mesha Gilbert could turn this place around, but now i think the power of managment has gone to her head. I have lived here for about 3 years now, always paid on time. The maintenace people are great, however they are only working under order of managment (so if your stuff doesnt get fixed it is not there fault) they can only do what they are allowed. At this time i am over these apartments and really think I am going to look for a new one when my lease is up, and as far as a refferal, you bet your butt i will get a good refferal from this place to use on a new place. And move out procedures, i know them, so i WILL NOT be getting screwed, I know the definition of normal wear and tear and what can be charged against my deposit. So, Park Greenwood Managment, i wish you the best of luck in your future, but this is one tenant you WILL NOT screw over i assure you of that!!
