Alright, yes the floor creaks and we have a leak and we had super bad ants when we first moved in but it's not that bad for the price. My boyfriend and I got this place because of location in relation to work and it was on a budget we could afford. However, it is a bit dirty and run down but if you are teenagers like us then you learn to deal with it. Our neighbors are super nice. The laundry facility in the building is always available for us to use. The carpets are cleaned once a week and occasionally the windows are cleaned. We hear some loud music but it's just other teenagers like us so we can bear with it. It's not the place for big families and lots of children. There are a lot of DIFFERENT kinds of people in this neighborhood. We will not be staying here another year but for what it's worth it's not as bad as some other places I've seen. Hope this helped.
