Honestly, I can't say that I've had it bad here. I live on the top floor. My floors are creaky and sunk in in a couple of places. If I'm in my bedroom I can hear the walking in the living room. It must be hell on the people below me. Management has never treated me poorly. When they were towing cars every night, I didn't agree with that. I followed the rules but I didn't think it was humane to tow cars in a place where parking is not an issue. I've had 2 maintence problems and they were fixed right away and were not considered emergencies. My apartment is old and I know fellow tenants of this building do drugs, I can smell it. But honestly people, you get what you pay for, don't you? I am only moving because I want laundry hook ups in my apartment and my kitchen is too small... Small but manageable. However, when I looked at the 1 bedroom kitchen, it was TINY. Oh! I almost forgot! I definitely did not appreciate them not annoucing that they were doing construction on balconies over the summer. Dudes by my windows unannounced. Not pleased. Anyway, I'm the type that keeps to myself and haven't experienced any trouble.
