I do not like living here at all. I moved in May and started getting roaches in early November. It is now December and there are sill roaches in my apartment. The apartment manager, Rachel, is completely rude and careless. She is not helpful at all and is completely unprofessional and I can&apos;t stress enough, rude. She blamed the roaches on me and took no responsibility, she said that I am displaced of my own choosing because I refuse to live with roaches, she said that her treatments are working when after 4-5 sprays I found live roaches just 2 days ago, she told me that I could be spraying my own stuff when that is not my responsibility, it is theirs as landlords. She acts like she does not understand why I am so pissed and I feel completely helpless. She is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. So needless to say, if you get roaches or any other type of bug, it will be a bear to get anything resolved. This place does not care about its residents.

Have paid my rent and lived here for two years. As for the person who posted a while ago that said this apartment complex is strict and makes people follow the rules-YEAH RIGHT. No one follows any rules. My building smells like animal feces&#44; I have to have air fresheners (3) spraying at varying times- all three are located around the entrance to my apartment to help keep the smell out. Whenever it rains outside-it rains inside my apartment also. New management company every year&#44; lived here two years have had three different management companies since I moved in. Currently there is no apartment manager on staff. We are now managed by a company who is only going to have a leasing agent on staff for at least the next week. Took a year for them to complete the move in list of stuff that needed to be fixed including the lock on my balcony and I have kids.Today they came to &#34;fix the leak&#34; and all that entailed was caulking the sliding glass which WAS NOT the problem. Fed up. They couldn&#39;t give me the number for the corporate office because &#34;they don&#39;t have it&#34;. How in the world are you supposed to contact them if something major goes wrong within the next week then? I really don&#39;t appreciate being treated as if I am stupid! Sick of the ghetto nasty people who live here and who run this place can not wait to move out! 

I have loved her for about a year and live here if you like to have constant issues with your place or you like $300 electric bills because the windows have so much draft it&apos;s not even funny. I have huge cracks in the frame of my windows and doors. You can literally see through a crack in my back door. Not to mention maitence stopped by without a 24 hour notice to change the air filters and came 2 times in a couple week period to check the fire extinguisher. I would not have even known they were coming if I wasn&apos;t a stay at home mom. The rent here is outrageous I had a friend live in a more updated townhome 2 years ago and she paid 400$ less. The apartments have had new owners many times. Not to mention the mouse problem I have. Also the floors in the upstairs are super noisy just to walk around. There is always trash laying around everywhere and especially by the dumpsters. Huge potholes in the main drive. And I found a glue board under my stove the other day that must have been there since the last tenant and there was cockroaches and I only found it because a mouse got stuck to it. Took them over a week to fix my ac in the hottest days of last summer and I had a newborn at the time. Just stay away from this place.
