They Don't Care...

About who you are and your apartment. They told us all kinds of stuff upfront about how great they were......it was alll lies. They siad there was no crime, drugs, etc. Yeah. Right. half of the neighbors smoke pot, and there are police out there about once a month. <br>We were moved into an apartment that was pet stained and smelled so bad of cat urine, you could smell it in the hallway. They persisted when they told us there was no odor when they checked the apt. the day before. Then, they remedied the situation by moving us across the hallway, with no rent discount. So we had to move twice in one month. Their maintenance is extremely slow and it will take 2-4 days for them to come see to your problem unless you pitch a fit. We were hung up once by maintenance and told to "fix it our damn selves". <br>We will be demanding our entire deposit back, as I lost over 150 dollars in dishes due to their faulty cabinet hooks. Their appliances are outdated, and our door doesn't even shut right---you can see right into our apartment if you look through the crack in the floor. Even hotels have better accomodations than this!<br>Also, the front door to our complex has been broken, apparantly, for 9 years and they refuse to spend the money to fix it. The bottom floor floods all the time because the drain doesn't work right and they won't fix it. The apartment manager has a temper and confronts things like and uneducated bimbo. Speaking of her, she let these guys move in upstairs who were alcoholics and caused all kinds of fights and yell in the hallways.<br>Overall, our experience there sucked. The apartments are a very good size, but not worth all the other riff-raff. Kids are constantly playing without supervision and run around like little -------thugs. If you have large pets and need a place to stay with them, then stay here. Otherwise, don't bother. Only the front apartment building is renovated, so if you move, move in here. I'm sure glad we paid the discounted apartment rate, otherwise we would have gotten out of our lease 6 months ago.
