Below expectation. The apartment has definitely degraded since renting a few years ago. It's just rubbish. Bad management, a warehouse behind the apartment, the rent is steep. You are paying a premium to live in a substandard apartment.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming! Staff responds to communication promptly and always send out messages and reminders for upcoming events, potential weather emergencies, and maintenance, etc. I am very pleased to have chosen The Verge.

Terrible the district manager acts like she's running a prison and she's the warden. We pay to live here, not to be controlled like we are animals. Our packages should be delivered to our doors! Leaving doors unlocked around the building and leaving shopping carts everywhere. Trash everywhere during the weekend, constantly texting and emailing passive aggressive messages to residents about behavior and trash. Call the resident doing the offenses.. stop acting like a warden sending out reminders and warnings. Act like an adult and speak to them directly. Absolutely ridiculous

Verge is a pretty lovely place! Spacious units and up to date. My cat loves the sun we get from the balcony. The amenities are amazing, the pool and gym as well as billiards are frequently used by me and my roommate

I've had a good experience when it comes to getting things fixed on time and the lobby notifying of package being delivered. The smell of weed is very strong though the complex and almost unbearable at times.

Good place to live. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of amenities, keeps community engaged with monthly activities and events to attend. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Maintenance does a good job of keeping parking lot clear during inclement weather and responds to requests in a timely manner.

I really loved the community overall. The only downside was that I couldn't sleep early and would wake up very early because of a dog from the apartment above mine. The running is very frustrating.

Good community and staff. Some of the residence are problems. From smoking on their balocnies, to not cleaning up their dogs waste. A couple security issues with people coming in the gate and casing cars, to a catalyst converter being cut off in the supposed gated areas. Need cameras around the complex to catch people leaving dog poop all over the place to people casing cars.

Nice, newer complex with upgraded amenities. The pool is super nice and is heated. The community itself is very nice. The complex is gated, but people constantly leave the walk through gate wide open. You will never find perfect, but as secure as the community, the building, and the apartments are- I still have had packages stolen from my front door. I thought paying a little more in rent would help keep the thieves from being in the community, but that isn't the case. If the community is gated, you must fob into your building, and your apartment doors lock? so, under three layers of security- and you still get stuff stolen- you gotta live with the fact that it's one of your neighbors- and that isn't great. I'd recommend living here, just probably pick a different floor other than the ground level and don't take the first apartment by the elevator.

The Verge has given south INDY/GREENWOOD a touch of urban living outside the city. Secured. Upscale. Very modern. Great amenities. Professional, courteous staff. Moving forward I would select a fourth floor unit to mitigate some of the overhead noise of children and or animals. Not a big issue. I'm just super sensitive to noise.

This is a apartment that the Manager and Rental Agents care about their residents and the property. It's none smoking, dog and cat friendly and gated. The staff has great Resident days, which are all about the residents.

Overall it's good. The "non-smoking" is laughable as 90% of residents smoke and leave vapes and cigarette butts on the ground. Rental rates are higher than average for the area now with several new companies offering better yearly rates. (Quality is comparable) Office staff are attentive and fix issues as they can, neighborhood is a mid range crime area with NO security aside from a gate on the parking lot, buildings are mostly secure. Dog owners destroy the property yearly due to poor care and causing everyone to pay for new sod every year. Trash pick up attempts to fine people for not following guidelines. Idiots set off the fire alarms occasionally. Even more idiots block the road or front gates waiting for someone to open the gate or park almost purposefully to impede traffic. Overall it's much nicer than other places and only your neighbors can make it "trashy" however the rental costs continuing to go up drive out the good people.

The Verge is a great place to live, everyone here is very friendly including staff. The amenities are very nice and at some points I feel like I'm living at a resort! The Verge is also in a really great location with access to shopping, tons of restaurants, grocery stores, etc., but is also kind of hidden from main roads which I like. The apartments are a little pricey, but with how much you get within the price it is worth it!

The gates, the security, the doors that can be unlocked with your phone and the pool are the biggest pros to this place, very clean and safe place to leave, away from most things and has lot of stores and restaurants nearby

Awesome! Just moved into apartment in may 2023. It's beautiful! The staff was professional, kind, helpful & attentive to all my needs! I put in a work order & they were awesome as well! Came the same day of work order. So far everything is great with the exception of people always park in the handicap space they assigned me. Lots of young people pull into the handicap parking daily. Makes it difficult for people who actually need the spaces. Rude!

When I first moved in two years ago, this place was owned by a different apartment management company. Since the new company has taken over, this place has done a complete 180. I would not recommend living here to a friend, and thankfully I am planning to move soon. It is not well-maintained.

Easy to talk to and easy process for approval without a million different tasks to complete. Apartments are very spacious. Office staff is very polite and welcoming when you come for a tour and makes it very easy to decide without pressure. Great overall experience
