I've had a good experience when it comes to getting things fixed on time and the lobby notifying of package being delivered. The smell of weed is very strong though the complex and almost unbearable at times.

great other then having broken luggage carts. We have had a very few issues. We had a guy smoking weed at the pool area and tried to start a fight. He was reported and handled. There is a mail issue where mail is left out but it's on going.

Building 2 was built a bit later than building 1 and it shows signs of being rushed to be finished. Molding on the ceiling overlaps part of a fire sprinkler. Cabinets are poorly painted and the paint on the cabinets and doors are very cheap and easy come off (reminds me of substance that is on a lottery ticket.) Ceiling leaked a few months in; dishwasher broke the first time I used it; windows and doors have poor insulation( bugs and noise easily get in.) People smoke a lot here and others canâ€™t be bothered to pick up after their dogs even though there are numerous waste stations around. The package room is very hit or miss. When you receive a package, the delivery person is to scan it in and a code to enter the room is then sent to you except that seems to happen very rarely. Also, tue room is a mess and hard to find which package is yours. Building 2 had water pipes burst (they claim due to a felony act) and caused flooding on all floors except for the 4th floor. Management didnâ€™t update anyone about the matter until two days after the fact. The elevator was shut off for two weeks as well. On the main floor, ceiling tiles are missing and have been for weeks now and lights that were affected by the water dangle from their wires with clearly mold present on them. Shouldnâ€™t have to ask but no money off rent was provided during this time. Also, there is an alarm on the first floor stairwell that continuously alarms and, even after contacting maintenance, nothing has been done about it. The tiny dog park is a waste if it has rained of any amount in the past week. The entrance to it is poorly designed and water pools there preventing anyone from entering, that is, unless you want to soak your feet or your dogs feet. This place presents itself as â€œluxuryâ€� but itâ€™s not and whenever I see anyone moving in I canâ€™t help but feel sorry for them and that they are suckers to this place. If rent was a couple hundred bucks a month cheaper Iâ€™d say itâ€™s not a terrible place to live but at the price that they show online, you can find better elsewhere.

DONT DO IT! poor, poor design and cheaply constructed. The walls are so thin that the people upstairs and their dogs basically dictate my sleep schedule. Kids and dogs run down the halls. When its warm outside all you hear are dogs barking at one another from the balconies. There is dog poop everywhere all the time. The key fob doesn&apos;t work and the hot tub never did. The gates are always broken and rarely open with the sensor card. If the power goes out good luck getting out the gate. Windows are cheap with zero insulation and the balconies are planked and not covered so if someone above you spills something or their pet takes a pee its coming down on you! There is a community package room that is disfunctional and disorganized 100% of the time and anyone can take your package plus it offers no privacy. There is something on the roof that makes noise when the wind blows and the building is in an industrial area where you hear semi trucks loading 24/7. Garbage pick up will cancel at a moment&apos;s notice, they are loud and rude, and they leave trash all over the hallways. It&apos;s completely miserable here! Seriously overpriced! They refuse to make any needed changes they just keep &quot;fixing&quot; the cheap stuff. There is no intercom or parking for visitors so visitors and residents share the parking which is bs. If im a paying resident I should always have a spot and you have to go down to get deliveries or pick up guests. There are no ramps when you come home with bags and need to use the carts you have to lift them over the curb and try not to lose everything. There are no walkways from the parking lot so you&apos;re forced to walk thru feces infested grassy areas. Dont do it! This place is like living in the ghetto.... nothing luxury about it.
