Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at bayview club apartments. The maintenance crew are incredible! Only downside the rent has gone up tremendously in these tough times. The rent vs how much square footage you receive doesn't equate. My apartment also does not have new appliances. Also the visitor parking is abismal. The trash compiled next to the dumpsters on the weekends is an eye sore.

It's very quiet & peaceful. The people are nice & keep to themselves. I suggest we get entry codes on the building doors for better security due to the recent domestic incident that took place weeks ago & ended up on the news. The security is very helpful but I'd rather everyone be safe than sorry!

it's okay. the grounds are pretty pathetic and I don't love the parking situation or the fact that you are required to pay for the valet trash. overall in today's market it isn't a bad value at the Bayview given its location and proximity to most of what Indy has to offer.

I really love my apartment !! It is really nice . I have no complaints!! I only have one problem is that the hall way needs to be redone . Carpet and walls ! . The staff are really helpful. Security is really there. Just maintenance in the hallways.

Overall good experience Maintenance is great, apartment nice and upgraded, but my Appliances aren't upgraded. The stove, sink and dishwasher are old. Rent has been raised every year and i've asked for new appliances to match the rent that I pay for the apartment and have not received a response.

Ongoing service issues. Paying rent on a garage that I can't even use. Its currently being used by a contractor as a storage facility, but I'm still paying $100 a month for it. I have not received communication back from the management office when I'll be able to use it again. I have an unpatched drywall repair in the living area and in bathroom ceiling. My garbage disposal is continually going out.

I love living here l feel safe even late at night early in the morning hrs the complex in all clean nobody walking around smoking dope. dogs are friendly no low life trashy people hanging around the building an the parking lot

I genuinely have loved living in this community. The location is perfect for me, aside from the highway which can get loud. There's not a lot that happens over here (from what I see and hear). My apartment is beautiful and the perfect size. With that being said, the front office staff could use some work. They do not move efficiently and take no accountability. The old staff was bad, but these new managers are even worse. Trying to get stuff added onto a lease has been a nightmare. Random charges that we have not been advised of beforehand are happening. It has all been so much. Like I said before, I have LOVED living here, but the staff has made it so hard to want to continue to do so. The only good thing about the hired staff, is the maintenance guys. Who are always so nice and get the job done.

Management changed at least 4 times during my stay. Using Conservice for billing was inconvenient and rarely reflected what was actually due. Management consistently lost or didn't have or find our renters insurance and would need us to contact our company for the policy. Police runs, thefts from cars, shootings, burglaries fro. Residents, domestic fights in the parking lot, all gave us an uncomfortable sense of security. My car was towed from the same handicap spot I've parked in for 4 years because the placard had blew onto my seat. Rarely canyon call the office and not get the voice mail. Most of these issues occurred in the last year of our stay. My first question going forward will be how many times have the Management changed in the last 3 years.

The guest parking sucks. There should be more than 3 spots by the trash compactor, considering there are many residents who have guests. Our guests and older family should not have to walk all the way from the front or back just to visit us . Also, the towing is ridiculous. You could have a guest for 5 minutes and their car will be gone in just that short period of time. Definitely needs to be more guest parking.

We are counting down the days until our lease is over. We will not be renewing our lease. It was awful from the start. Before we even moved in there were roaches. I told the apartment office and they told me since they were dead then that's a good thing. We asked to be moved to a different apartment since they said it was just our apartment with the problem because they were very much alive and they denied us and told us they would just have their "exterminator come." The exterminator only sprayed the edges of surfaces saying that should take care of it, which it did not. We had to bomb our apartment ourselves 3 times to finally kill all of the roaches. Now that's it's starting to get colder we also noticed our windows have been letting in breezes and bugs because it doesn't close all the way. I would give this place no stars if I could.

The community was nice when I first moved in 2013, but slowly it's become very stressful living here. From the $300 a year extra valet charge, that I don't have an option to opt out, to a murder suicide that happened right under my apartment, I've been ready to leave this now poorly ran community. My apartment is still furnished with old appliances and carpet. It's become so bad here.

Horrible! I get notices of late fees for late payment on rent and my rent has always been set on auto pay. Neighbors are loud and fighting leaving trash in the halls that says for weeks. Stained carpet in the halls that you refuse to replace.

Overall has been a great experience, soundproofing seems to be good. Insulation around windows is poor and will increase electric bill. $80/month at previous address, $130/month here with exact same electronics. Minimal complaints!

Overall like the community, office is fairly quick on responding to requests and/or issues. Area is pretty good overall. Grounds are kept fairly clean and tidy. Don't have too many complaints that are not the fault of the office or staff.

It has been well until our recent issue with Lori providing my incorrect information regarding our rent for November. Our daughter had emergency surgery and has 3 children things were hectic and stressful and conversations with her left a real bad impression of the service we received

Actually so far it has been pretty good, few break ins on the parking lot including my own vehicle, but insurance took care of that. My only real issue is the nickel and diming of the monthly fees, office girls r absolutely wonderful!

I have had nothing but issues since moving in. Parking has always been a disaster and now there are no temporary tags. If you are driving a rental or another car they will tell you to park in guest parking rather than giving you a temporary to put in the dash. There are not visitor spots close to all apartments. Crime in this area is extremely high and they do nothing to combat this. A property manager was killed at her apartment and all they did was have a police car sitting outside the office for a week. There is a complete lack of care for residents. The office is closed in the middle of the day. Phone calls are not answered. Messages never returned. The employee turnover is comical. Nobody stays working here for more than a couple of months. It is a complete joke of a management team.

Throughout the years we have had many issues. We have lived in two separate buildings and garages in another two buildings. Almost all buildings we have stepped foot in, smell like marijuana, have trash in common areas, and loud noises.

I'm not too happy about my experience here. The appliances are really out dated. There are always miscellaneous charges on my rent so my rent is never the same. The stair ways are not too clean. There has been a lot of crime in the area including the complex. No surveillance as well.

I honestly feel as though this community needs new leasing agents and a new property manager. There are constant break ins, there was a murder and still more break ins and they have done nothing to prevent this from happening. There should be security, cameras or something. They're not even trying !
