Have asked numerous times about sidewalks since there is essentially no guest parking in the area that I live. Had to call the office in Chicago to get someone to tell me that they aren't putting them in. They also charge $25 for "valet trash service." They come get your trash and throw it in the dumpster for you...and there's no way to opt out. Management has changed so many times since I've lived here that I couldn't even tell you who the people in the office are. The crime around the area had gotten so bad that a lot of the units are empty.

Do not live here if you have any interest in having guests at your apartment regularly. There is no guest parking except for at the front and back of the complex. This is not a safe area of town where they could comfortably get to their car in the middle of the night or in the morning. There have been a number of shootings at businesses around this area including a murder at Subway which is no more than a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. It may look nice, but it isn't what it seems to be. There is also a $25 charge each month for a company to pick up your trash at your door, but the garbage can can only be outside your apartment from 5-7pm. There is no option to opt out of this. The complex makes changes without consulting residents and then doesn't respond to backlash they receive. I would not recommend this apartment complex.
