Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at bayview club apartments. The maintenance crew are incredible! Only downside the rent has gone up tremendously in these tough times. The rent vs how much square footage you receive doesn't equate. My apartment also does not have new appliances. Also the visitor parking is abismal. The trash compiled next to the dumpsters on the weekends is an eye sore.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Bayview Club Apartment. Not only do I love the layout of the community but also the upkeep of the grounds & helpful maintenance team. I would recommend anyone that I know to move in to these luxury apartments. Only suggestion I would like to make is towards the availability of the office staff.
