Horrible! I get notices of late fees for late payment on rent and my rent has always been set on auto pay. Neighbors are loud and fighting leaving trash in the halls that says for weeks. Stained carpet in the halls that you refuse to replace.

I feel that the office staff is very unconcerned about the issue that are brought to there attention with upkeep of the facility. The carpet is dirty in the hallways and the stairs are broken, cracked and uneven.

Hallways are nasty carping is filthy around stairs always have trash. Needs shampo and vacuuming,................................................. . ....................
