To sum it up in one phrase, &quot;I'm moving&quot;.  The apartment looks okay on the surface but the little things matter.  The neighbors let their pets urinate and poop in the common areas including on the walls of the building.  The noise level from other apartments is unbearable due to the very thin insulation on the walls and ceilings.  The management and maintenance team are subpar at best.

The most inconsiderate leasing company I&#39;ve ever rented from&#44; and I&#39;ve dealt with a lot.  My tires and wheels were stolen at this apartment complex in the middle of the night.  I walked out to go to work in the morning and my truck was sitting on TWO cinder blocks (just a GMC truck) with all the wheels and tires stolen.  The thieves left the vehicle so unstable that when I tried to open my door&#44; the truck almost tipped off the blocks. I called the leasing office to inform them of the theft on their property.  I tried to get a hold of a manager initially and was informed that she would call me back.  She never returned my call and I had to call again to reach her.  Keep in mind that their is a dangerously unstable vehicle on cinder blocks on the property&#44; a push away from tipping over.  I expected sympathy from the property manager in regards to the theft that occurred on the property.  While explaining the situation&#44; I was totally taken back by her demeanor.  The manager never even apologized for the situation only informed me that I could break my lease for 2 months rent ($1&#44;600).  I thought she would at least apologize and offer me a more secure parking situation once I had my vehicle repaired (more lighting&#44; additional security&#44; a garage option).  When I arranged for the wrecking company to come pick up my truck&#44; the driver of the tow truck informed me that he had just towed another vehicle (with the wheels and tires stolen) not too long ago.  Ultimately&#44; this apartment complex does NOT care about your security or well being.  If they don&#39;t care about my security they don&#39;t care about yours!  

Moving to Bayview Club was one of the best decisions we made as roommates in 2020. We knew we wanted to move from our previous apartment community, and we had strict criteria for what we wanted in our new community. Bayview was able to hit all the marks for us and be within our budget as well. We have had very few maintenance issues, but when we do, the team is fast and effective. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the staff in the office is friendly and accommodating.

It sucks, especially the parking. It's definitely not what it use to be. Staff is great, but they are limited on what they can do. Some residents are inconsiderate of others, and go "unpunished" for their actions or their pet's actions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these apartments to ANYONE!!

These apartments have changed drastically within the past 2 years. Safety has been the biggest issue. My car was stolen and a bunch of my neighbors have had their car broken into on what seems like a nightly basis. Other than safety, if you move here you can expect your building hallway to always smell like weed or trash. You'll be able to hear your upstairs neighbor every move (especially if they have the vinyl flooring). When you drive through the community, you'll hit a few potholes and also drive by the dumpster which is usually piled up with trash all around the container. The interior of the apartment is subpar. I switched from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom and I expected to at least get the all black appliance set (refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher) that I had but instead I was given the oldest dirty appliances I have ever seen. I asked the office if I could switch the appliances from my old apartment to new one and they told me no. Our refrigerator was switched out twice and the current one still makes noise and all our food is either frozen or barely cold (there's no in between). I'm sure if we try to get a new one they'll just bring in another dirty old one like they did previously so at this point I am like why even bother telling maintenance. Our lease is up soon and I can not wait to move. If I could afford to break the lease I definitely would.

Horrible!  I get notices of late fees for late payment on rent and my rent has always been set on auto pay.  Neighbors are loud and fighting leaving trash in the halls that says for weeks. Stained carpet in the halls that you refuse to replace.
