lack of parking spaces. I moved here this year and the parking horrible or the lack there of. Also, my apartment faces the street and it get noises during the day. I work from home and I can not enjoy my work day with all the noise coming from the street

Realities quiet by my end of the property, but parking is a nightmare. Ppl park their cars in prime spots and don't move them for 3-4 weeks at a time. The common hallways look dirty. They need to be scrubbed as ppl put their trash out that leaks, making the concrete look stained, dirty and smelly.

Clean grounds, frequent lawn service, maintenance done timely, friendly and informative staff. The duplex complex is very dark. It's scary coming home after dark. Lamp post installed only 4 ever worked.

Very quiet and clean community. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance responds with 24 to 48 hours. Staff are very professional and empathetic. Their communication with the residents are clear and concise if there are scheduled projects. They plan fun activities for the entire community during holidays.

Current management's pretty stellar; Irt Living's former manager wasn't good but we've come some ways. Chris, current manager, is pretty solid with efficiency in the community and has an open door policy which is different than the last. Irt Living's been through some staff changes that's been best for our community's overall health and safety but the community members could be careful with their community's health and safety protocols. IRT Living doesn't enforce many rules and regulations, which may be beneficial for community members to follow, especially since many members seem to forget the regulations agreed to per leasing contract.

I like it , it's a Nice ?rea and everything it's closet. It is great ubicated. Lately we don't like because there are neighborns who do not care about thrash , they are rude and nothing polite, the washing machines are a Messi because the dame people who uses and nothing about security, our rate is not cheap to deal with all these issues, My complain is about the people who rent not the administrative employees, they sre great but I think they need to make better decisiones about the New customs to live here ande the lack of security it Is administrative

The experience has not been a bad one. I don't believe that maintenance take pride in the upkeep of the cleanliness of the apartments outside and tend to chill more than work. The parking is also bad after 7pm. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

Overall, my experience has been good. A lot of manager turnover in this complex seems to be a maintenance shortage, however is our address in a timely manner and the property is pretty much kept up good experience.

I like the office staff and maintenance taking care of my requests in a timely manner. The properties upkeep in on point as well. The contractors are competent and most of all respectful. The neighbors are really nice and I think overall, share the same concerns about noise and safety.

Ground keepers don't come to 2nd/3rd floor. Drainage from trash & feces sat for days before I had to scoop it up myself, TWICE. Remnants still remain. Contractors broke my bed. Non repairable!!!!!!!!!

The Front Office Crew is just absolutely Great! They communicate well. They are very caring and friendly and they are the perfect faces that we see when we walk in the door for anything. I am enjoying living in this community. I may renew my lease for another year.

The maintenance team is the best part of this community. Wes and Aaron are super prompt and professional and personable. They always clean up after any repairs and if it can't be fixed same day they tell me exactly when I can expect the repair completed. They engage with the my kids and inquire about there extra curricular and always stop to say hi or wave when they see us outside.

I've been living here for a couple years now, and I must say every time there's any type of a maintenance issue they're very prompt in resolving them . Especially Wesley along with his supervisor Harrison really is a pleasant environment to live in. I enjoy staying here at this point I feel like it only get better.

The apartment layout is good, the location is decent but I'm not happy with maintenance and upkeep. I have recurring issues with a leaking window and a slow drain the management says it's can't fix beyond a few basic procedures its on-site people have already tried. I'm not convinced. Also, the valet trash pickup is not reliable. Sometimes, I set out my trash on scheduled collection days (i.e., not Fridays or Saturdays) and it sits for a day or two before it finally gets picked up. The trash compactor needs to be emptied more regularly as well as garbage often piles up around it.

I love it here my apartment is extremely nice , however I don't appreciate how we are having a raccoon problem and no one is doing anything about it . The residents should always feel safe and I don't feel that here at all . We pay extremely way to much money to be scared to go outside because you guys aren't doing anything about raccoons trying to attack people .
