Lovely area. The people are nice. Staff is very helpful. Easy access to school and parks. Quiet neighborhood. Nice upgrades. Reasonably priced. Great for small families. Safe for kids and pets. Love it.

    Community had really good curb appeal, the ladies in the office were easy to talk to and knew their jobs as well. Apartments I looked at were very clean and top-notch made it easy for me to make a decision to apply for apartment there.

      Very friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted right away when I walked into the office. They even let you tour units that are available not just a model unit. They were quick to assist in the application process.

        I liked my community better 3 years ago. Hope to see improvements. The appearance of grounds, cleanliness of hallways. The neighbors and residents are not the same. Some nice, some loud and not friendly.

          It has been wonderful. Everything is going just great. I love my apartment. It is in a perfect location. All the neighbors seem to be really nice. Any problems have been resolved in a timely manner. Office has been great to me. Very friendly.

            Office staff and maintenance are amazing. I've lived a lot of places but nothing compares to here. They all truly care about you and if there's a problem they will do whatever it takes to fix it. They got a new manager and she seems cool but that woman Kay is a rockstar.
